About Blonyx

At Blonyx, our mission is to help as many people as possible achieve their athletic ambition.

We do this by creating clean, science-backed sports nutrition products that support real training and real performance. No gimmicks. No unnecessary ingredients. Just what athletes need. We’re a fast-growing company, built by athletes for athletes, and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to help us scale our impact.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, fast-growth opportunity for the right person. We’re open to both emerging operators (1–3 years experience) who want to build their career in a mission-driven startup, and seasoned professionals (4+ years) who have a proven track record of building systems, leading teams, and improving business performance.

Whether you’re just getting started or ready to take the next step, this role is designed to evolve with your skillset. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our athletes always get what they need—on time, to the highest quality standards—and in building the operational backbone of a growing company.

What You’ll Own

Customer Experience & Fulfillment

  • (Junior): Handle customer service emails, respond to inquiries, and coordinate Shopify orders
  • (Senior): Oversee customer service as a function—ensuring high-quality support, building scalable processes, and analyzing feedback to improve CX

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Coordinate product movement between manufacturers and warehouses (Canada, US, UK)
  • Place manufacturing and packaging orders; monitor inventory levels; prevent stockouts and overages
  • Manage import/export logistics and ensure required documentation is in place

Regulatory & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain product licenses with Health Canada and the CFIA (training provided)
  • Support warehouse and partner compliance with GMP and quality standards
  • Assist in implementing scalable QA documentation and systems

Supplier & Partner Management

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, warehouse teams, and 3PLs
  • Be assertive and solutions-oriented when problems arise—get on the phone and make things happen
  • Maintain clear, regular communication with all logistics and manufacturing partners

Operational Strategy & Growth

  • (Junior): Support ongoing improvements and learn to spot inefficiencies
  • (Senior): Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance scalability—and demonstrate how they impact the business at the P&L level.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Are passionate about sports, performance, and helping athletes succeed
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities and hands-on work
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and great at juggling multiple projects at once
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and proactively with team members and external partners
  • Want to take ownership, grow with the business, and become a future Director or COO
  • Have experience or interest in quality assurance and regulatory compliance
  • Are active in, or connected to, the athletic community

Experience & Qualifications

We’re hiring for a flexible level of experience, and will tailor your responsibilities and compensation accordingly:

For Junior-Level Candidates (1–3 years):

  • Experience in operations, supply chain, or customer service (CPG or eCommerce preferred)
  • Comfortable with Shopify, spreadsheets, and communicating with vendors or partners
  • Eager to learn and take on more responsibility quickly

For Senior-Level Candidates (4+ years):

  • Proven track record of leading operations or logistics teams in a growing business
  • Experience managing customer service at scale and improving support systems
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, or profitability
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, supply chain, and inventory management
  • Experience with compliance (GMP, Health Canada, CFIA) is a strong plus

What You’ll Get

  • Salary: $52,000–$65,000/year based on experience
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits
  • Perks: Flexible schedule + free Blonyx supplements + athlete-driven team culture
  • Development: Mentorship and a clear growth path to senior leadership
